Uplift + Implant Augmentation: Because of marked preoperative droopiness and breast ‘emptiness’ in this patient, prosthetic augmentation used in support of breast uplift (mastopexy). Result at 3 months after nipple elevation by 11 cm and resculpting of breast tissue over 245cc volume implant.
